Before the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Gladiator arrived, off-road enthusiasts were left to speculate if Jeep would ever build a more practical version of its iconic model. Now that the four-door and pickup truck derivations of the Wrangler exist, what other wacky versions can designers possibly imagine? Well, Samirs Customs just created what might go down as the most creative Jeep rendering we’ve ever seen.
Rather than stuff a Hellcat engine under the hood or create a six-wheeled monstrosity, they imagined a more practical Wrangler variant. Say hello to the Jeep Vangler, the first-ever Jeep-based minivan!

Seeing as Samirs Customs likes to create projects just “for fun,” there is no affiliation with Jeep nor any chance for the Vangler to reach production; it’s just a hilarious creation meant to amuse the internet. And amuse it does, as this looks like one of the most exciting minivans that we’ve ever seen. There are no performance statistics provided, but we can assume the Vangler keeps the Wrangler’s 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 or optional 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
Instead of sitting under a conventional hood like a traditional Wrangler, the Vangler uses a cab-over design, placing the engine atop the front axel. This design gives the Vangler a unique appearance, but cab-over configurations are seldom used due to crash regulations.

It’s also worth noting that the Vangler features three rows of seats, but the driver and front-seat passenger must crawl through the rear doors to get into position, as there are no front doors. Speaking of those rear doors, they are not sliding units like a traditional minivan, most likely to keep the Wrangler’s removable door feature. Though it is not pictured, we assume the Vangler also features a removable roof. The Vangler is even shown wearing off-road accessories such as trail doors, a roof rack, roof lights, a rear ladder, and a winch.
