We want this more than we want our next breath.

When it comes to Porsche restomods, many will instantly think of the exquisite works of art ‘reimagined by Singer‘ as the best. It’s difficult to disagree, but what if you prefer your modernized Porsche to be based on a 993 rather than a 964 or 930? Well, if you give Singer enough money, the company could be convinced to build you one, but the true masters when it comes to the 993 are the gurus at Gunther Werks. The tuners have been unveiling a few of their recent 993 Remastered builds lately, but the latest is arguably the greatest. Green and tan, anyone?

This 993 Remastered range is to be made up of 25 unique 993 builds and this one is commissioned in partnership with Pagani Beverly Hills. Unsurprisingly, it’s called the Irish Green Commission and features English Tan-colored leather. Although it’s also certain to be brilliant to drive spiritedly, this one is in touring specification, which Gunther Werks describes as a vehicle with “a focus on better on-road performance and carving canyons while providing a more refined cabin experience.”

As such, the GW-made carbon fiber seats (finished with an off-center Alcantara stripe), feature additional leather padding on the hip panels and around the seat belt buckles. Other notable interior enhancements include a center marker in Alcantara, green accents in the dials, additional noise insulation, and leather covering the carbon fiber floor mats.

As much as we could stare at the cabin forever, the rest of the car is just as gorgeous. The 4.0-liter flat-six produces 435 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque and is adorned by a Gunther Werks-first hexagonal grille pattern on the engine cover. You also get Brembo brakes, Eisenlohr Racing and JRZ Suspension Engineering suspension components, along with Fuchs-style light gold wheels.

The body of this Porsche 911 is a marvel on its own too, being crafted exclusively from carbon fiber. To highlight this, dual stripes in exposed carbon are visible down the center of the body. GW doesn’t say what this all costs, but if a Pagani dealer is selling the car, it sure won’t be cheap.
